Return Process

  Contact our technical support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure full credit eligibility.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to our Starkville, Mississippi service center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
